EASY RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

Does The Realms Rack offer even-exchange?

We do not offer even-exchange, although you may request a return and once the item has been received and refunded, you may reorder the correct product. You can also reorder the correct product before you began the return process. Please refer to the return policy for more information or email us at therealmsrack@outlook.com.
How can I request a return?

Email therealmsrack@outlook.com to request a return. Please include your order number, name, and email address. You will be emailed a shipping label to attach to the shipping bag that your order arrived in. Please drop the package off at your nearest USPS drop off location.
How do I tack my package?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once the package has been shipped. Please look at the email address you used to place your order for your tracking number.
How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
